Bio - Aleš Neusar — psychologist

I am a psychologist. I love silence and music – thank you brother Zdeněk for instilling a love of music, and Radka, thanks for the quality headphones – it’s quite an experience.

Since 2005, I have been helping individuals, couples, families and organisations to live better lives. I focus on life satisfaction, overcoming depression and anxiety, caring for the soul, work-life balance, change, thinking and decision-making, human relationships, raising children, conflict resolution, and foreign languages.

I appear in the media and at various events. Recently, for example: TEDx, Czech Television, Czech Radio, MF Dnes, Téma, Radio 1, Květy, and Hospodářské noviny.

I have trained for various organisations, such as Slovenská sporiteľňa, Siemens, Mann+Hummel, ČPP, Academy of Sciences, Rehau, teachers, social workers, and public administration. Over 1,500 people have attended my courses. I have met hundreds more through my psychological practice.

I also work in academia. Recently at the University of Ostrava (here).

I publish both popular (here) and academic (here) works, and lecture in the Czech Republic and abroad.

I primarily share news, interesting links, etc. on my Facebook page (link). I conduct private courses or through the Naučmese platform (link). I run courses for social workers through VCVS (link).

Psychologist | Therapist

I work as an individual, couple and family counselling psychologist and therapist. I started in 2005 at the Family Counselling Centre in Olomouc. Since 2013, I have been working in my private practice. I am a full member of the Association of Marriage and Family Counsellors (link) and the Czech-Moravian Psychological Society (link). I am a therapist in training (I have almost completed my training; I only need to complete a few supervisions and defend my final thesis, which should happen in March 2025).
